The role requires deep product knowledge and expertise, with excellent internal and customer-facing communication skills.
We are working alongside a leading property management company based in the West End of London and they are seeking an additional customer services advisor for their busy and friendly team.
The successful individual will be responsible for providing the first point of contact to all customers assisting them with a variety of queries.
This is a hybrid working role which will require you to attend the office two days per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing service offerings & service update information to customers, creating service catalogue plans, ensuring those plans are maintained, design of the Service Catalogue, as well as gap analysis and due diligence throughout the design phase.
