As the Transport Administrator your duties will be
Support the Transport Managers in administrative duties for the department, including maintenance of spreadsheets, raising purchase orders.
Support the Transport Coordinators in conducting pre-briefs and de-briefs with drivers ensuring any issues raised are captured and escalated as required.
General
To assist in managing the delivery and collection of vehicles within the organisation to meet customer requirements, ensuring positive communication between internal teams and customers.
Duties will include looking after drivers, dealing with customers, inputting POD's and other transport related matters.
We are working in partnership with one of the regions best known distribution companies to find a Transport Administrator to join the team at their Head Office based 13 miles outside of Peterborough.
