Assistant Store Manager - Oldham Store - Base salary of £24,500 with the potential to earn up to £34,000 with On Target Earnings - Deputising for the store manager, running the shift in their absence, training colleagues and helping our customers choose the right products for a great night's sleep!

As a Childrens Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of a children's residential service and reporting to the Registered Manager, providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people.
You will be accountable for ensuring that the home meets the highest standards of care, quality, and compliance, and that the needs of the children and young people are met.
Requirements
Diploma level 3/4 in residential childcare (required).
£40,000 to £70,000 subject to experience, hybrid working, 26 days holiday bank holidays, company car or car allowance of £8400 per year, Phones and laptop, biannual bonus up to 5% of base salary, profit share at the end of tax year and personal development plan pension.
