Our rapidly growing Private Equity backed SaaS client in Durham is currently seeking a Business Development Telesales Representative to join their team as soon as possible on a permanent basis with a salary of £33,000 - £37,000 on offer and additional commissions estimated an additional £15,000 - £20,000 on top.
What does the role entail
Your role as a Sales Development Representative will be to research prospects within the defined marketplace, cold call and business develop, to introduce complex SaaS Automotive Technology solutions to clients who have commercial fleets of vehicles.
You will maintain and develop new customer relationships and your aim will be booking in meetings with prospects who have a large fleet of vehicles.

What does the role entail
Your role as a Sales Development Team Leader will be to lead a team of Business Development Representatives, training, developing and upskilling where needed, as well as holding one to ones and performance management where required, whilst fostering relationships within the business.
You will work with senior leadership to build and implement new sales strategies, whilst assessing both personal and team performance and reporting to the leadership team.
