You will be part of a graduate programme that is built to expose you to different elements of the business prior to you selecting your career path after 1 year.
1 year working with the design team (based from our Cardiff office) assisting with Primary and Secondary design, layouts, CAD application, Design Management and Protection & Control design.
Following this 1-year course you will then choose your speciality.

We're looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our The North Face team based in Cardiff.
As an Assistant Store Manager your input will be vital in supporting your Store Manager, helping contribute to the success of your store.
The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London.
The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.
