37.5 hours per week - this is based on 3 shift patterns of 07.45-16.15, 08.30-17.00 and 09.30-18.00.
Our client is looking for someone who has been in a "call-handler" role and is used to working with sometimes difficult customers.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all customers in connection with service calls; allocating these calls as necessary to specific engineers and ensuring that the computer systems used are actively and accurately updated.

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Pensions Technician to join a world leading business in the Crawley area on a permanent basis.
Your duties will include
Provide a complete administration service including all regular aspects of pensions administrative work.
The Process Technicians form production process teams, working under a team leader, and are responsible for the daily operation of a particular part of the plant.
The job is varied, and can include operating handling equipment to move material in and out of the various processes, application of chemicals, process and analyse batches with dedicated equipment to meet quality specifications, ensuring equipment is working correctly.
Ensuring the health & safety standards are met, that required procedures are followed, and that good housekeeping standards are maintained.
